Refund Policy

Because Streako sells digital products that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.

When refunds may be granted

• The download link did not work and we were unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

When refunds are not granted

• You changed your mind after downloading the file.
• You purchased the wrong format by mistake (we'll happily swap it for free).

How to request a refund

Email streako.store@gmail.com with your order email and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
